Returns and Refunds

To request a return, contact john@prismsuncatcher.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number. We’ll provide return instructions before you send your item back.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packed with all included accessories. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Engraved and custom-color items are made especially for you and are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact john@prismsuncatcher.com with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the problem.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it has not shipped. Contact john@prismsuncatcher.com with your order number. After 1 hour, contact us to check whether cancellation is still possible; it cannot be guaranteed.
